CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Cosmetic Bags: From Your Design to Bulk Production

A clear brief helps turn your design into a sample that can be reviewed before bulk production. Start with your artwork, intended dimensions, material preferences and quantity for each colour.
1. Choose your starting point
You can start with an existing KITMIA design or send your own design artwork for a custom order. Existing designs have a minimum order quantity of 300 pieces per colour. Custom orders based on your own design artwork have a minimum of 500 pieces per colour.
KITMIA supports logo, colour, material and size customisation. Send the details of the changes you want so that we can discuss the specification and provide a quotation for your project.
2. Prepare a useful design brief
- Your design artwork or the KITMIA product codes you have selected.
- Required width, depth and height, with units clearly marked.
- Preferred material, lining, colours and any colour references.
- Logo artwork, intended placement and approximate size.
- Quantity for each style and colour.
- Packaging requirements, destination and shipping instructions.
If your brief includes performance or labelling requirements, specify them at this stage. This allows them to be discussed together with the material and construction instead of being assumed from the product photograph.
3. Request a quotation sheet
Email your brief to info@kitmiabags.com. If you are still comparing options, send the styles you like and explain the differences you want to explore. We will provide a quotation sheet.
Mixed styles and colours are accepted, with the applicable minimum quantity for each style and colour. Keep the colour breakdown clear so that the quotation reflects your intended assortment.
4. Review the sample
Sample preparation takes 7–10 days. Sample fees depend on the style. The buyer pays shipping, or may provide a courier account for freight collect.
Use the sample to check the dimensions, opening, intended contents, material feel, colour, logo and workmanship. Record any requested changes clearly and agree the final details before bulk production. If you need a delivery date at your warehouse, discuss shipping time separately from sample or production time.
5. Plan production, payment and inspection
KITMIA’s bulk production lead time is 30–45 days. Payment is by T/T: a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the bill of lading. Review these terms with the quotation for your order.
We accept inspections by your own QC team or an independent third-party inspection company. Please share your inspection arrangements and requirements with us when planning the order.
6. Arrange shipping and keep in touch
We can arrange shipping to countries worldwide according to your requirements. Provide your destination and shipping instructions when requesting the quotation. If there is a quality issue, contact our team.
