Our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per colour for existing designs and 500 pieces per colour for custom orders based on your own design artwork.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample fees depend on the style. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, or you can provide your own courier account for freight collect. Sample preparation takes 7–10 days.
Can you add my brand logo?
Yes. We can customise bags with your brand logo. Please email us your selected styles and logo artwork so we can discuss the details.
Can I customise the colour, material and size?
Yes. Colours, materials and sizes can be customised. Please send us your requirements together with the styles you are interested in.
Can I mix styles and colours in one order?
Yes. You can mix styles and colours in one order. The minimum order quantity still applies to each style and colour: 300 pieces for existing designs and 500 pieces for custom orders based on your own design artwork.
How can I request a wholesale quotation?
Select the styles you like and email the product codes and your requirements to info@kitmiabags.com. We will provide a quotation sheet.
What are the sample and bulk production lead times?
Sample preparation takes 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 30–45 days.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T: a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the bill of lading.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can arrange shipping to countries worldwide according to your requirements. Please share your destination and shipping instructions when requesting a quotation.
What should I do if there is a quality issue?
Please contact us if you encounter a quality issue. We also accept inspections by your own quality control team or an independent third-party inspection company.
